WHAT IS THE LIMITLESS LUXE TREND?
This trend is all about bringing luxury to everyday moments and every room. Here’s how I’m embracing it with Woodwick’s scented candles

To be honest, I’m not the sort to skimp on self-care. I love taking little moments and making it special, and I won’t wait for an occasion to do so. That’s part of the idea behind a new trend that forecasters are calling Limitless Luxe - basically, not limiting these luxurious moments.
Of course, that all sounds well and good, but given what’s going on in the world, it’s something maybe easier said than done. That’s why I think it’s great to focus on those little moments that can elevate the everyday, and there’s no better mini treat to yourself than lighting a candle. Too many people, in my opinion, save candles for display, never burning them. Yes, they’re nice to look at, but if you’re buying the right candles, the best thing about them is the scent and ambience they bring when you’re actually using them.

Since finishing my kitchen renovation, I’ve been spending more time cooking. I’m definitely inspired to spend more time in here now that it’s not plagued by the dated kitchen here before. It’s become an evening ritual, helping to separate my working day (from home) from relaxation time.
Now, I always put on music or podcast, light a candle, and spend the next 30-50 minutes cooking something up. In my kitchen right now? Woodwick’s Evening Onyx, which mixes citrussy top notes and a more floral base.

This Fireside scent is one of my favourites, as it makes it sound and smell like I’ve got a roaring fire going, despite the fact I’ve not actually ever lit the fireplace in my house.

A skincare routine is the ultimate self care moment, but I’ve started to accumulate such an array of products that it’s not just a two second job anymore. I’m prone to take my time, pull up a chair to my bedroom mirror, light a candle and spend half an hour just taking a moment out.
